Q) Do your prices include VAT?

A) Yes, UK VAT is included in the price. The price you see on the page is the price you pay. You will receive a full VAT invoice with your purchase

Q) I want to place an order, is there a minimum quantity I need to buy?

A) Certainly not! We aim to supply everything for your project, in the quantity you need. Apart from a small number of products which we have to supply in small packs due to price rounding, everything we sell is available in singles.

Q) Do you hold stock of the products you offer?

A) Yes, always. Our rule is "if we offer it - we stock it". Occasionally we may have issues with stock from suppliers but generally we have stock of >97% of the products in our range, on-hand and ready to ship. You will find the stock status of each of our products marked very clearly on our product pages.

Q) Do you ship outside the UK and how much will I be charged for postage on my delivery?

A) We ship to most countries in Europe and a select few around the world. The cost of your shipment depends on your location. Our shipping charges are...

Q) I have placed an order with you, when can I expect to receive it?

A) Any order received by us before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. So for example, most UK customers will receive their orders (placed before 3pm) the following day.

NB. Any order placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day (i.e. Monday, unless Bank Holiday).

Q) I can't find the product I need for my electronics project?

A) Our product range is growing every day. If we do not have a product in a range, the chances are we are working on it. We are very happy to source a product for you. Just let us know what you need and how many you require via our contact us page. Please note: we are happy to try to source your requirement even if it's just for a single piece.

Q) Can I return a product I purchased from you?

A) Yes, our generous returns policy means you can return any product (for any reason) for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Furthermore, we don't charge ANY re-stocking fees. For further details please refer to our terms & conditions section.
